The Road to 2033

Where the road leads

2033 — Residential Military Discipline Academy

Our ultimate institutional milestone: the inauguration of a full-fledged Residential Military Discipline Academy in 2033.

The Cadets Educational Academy (TCEA) is engineered to bridge the gap between rigorous military discipline and elite academic instruction. While our ultimate institutional milestone is the inauguration of a full-fledged Residential Military Discipline Academy in 2033, our immediate mission is serving as the premier entrance coaching powerhouse for India's premier defense‑feeder institutions.

Three phases to 2033

Each phase builds on the one before it — from coaching verticals, to a campus, to the grand official opening.

• Phase 1 (Present – 2028): Elite Entrance Coaching Verticals — Establishing elite entrance coaching verticals for RIMC, Sainik Schools (AISSEE), and Navodaya Vidyalayas (JNVST). Cultivating a robust cohort of disciplined cadets and expert faculty.
• Phase 2 (2029 – 2031): Land Acquisition & Campus Planning — Land acquisition, comprehensive campus architectural planning, and development of obstacle courses, firing ranges, and smart-boarding infrastructure.
• Phase 3 (2032 – 2033): Pilot Drills & Grand Official Opening — Pre-launch pilot drills, faculty mobilization, and the grand official opening of TCEA as a premier residential military school in 2033.
